On August 16th my wife and I had our daughters Sweet Sixteen party aboard the Captain JP Cruise. I cannot thank the Captain, his crew and staff enough for what was perhaps our families best party ever! From when I made the first call to a young lady named Sarah that handled the reservation to when we stepped off the ship it amazed me how much attention they gave us to ensure our party would be memorable. The atmosphere on this ship is outstanding to say the least, the food, the service, the DJ, and the band were exceptional making a night our daughter will never forget. Everyone that came to the party has been raving since that night, all of my daughter's friends have been saying it was the best sweet sixteen party they have been to. My family has already been talking about getting together and going on another Capt. JP cruise soon. I truly would like to thank the Capt. and his staff for an exceptional evening, and I would highly recommend Capt JP cruise to anyone whether you are planning to have a party for an occasion or just a great evening out. You will not be disappointed. Again, thank you guys, and I know we will be back many times to come!

Captain Jim and all your staff,
On May 23, 2022, you made 350 peoples dream come true with the first ever Junior Prom Cruise for the F.D. Roosevelt High School in Hyde Park, NY. The clouds moved out and the sun came through just in time for an amazing 4-hour cruise on the majestic Hudson River. Having the 2 DJ’s on different levels was such a hit, giving an opportunity for all students to enjoy dancing. You and your staff are amazing to work with and did a fabulous job helping to continue “Makin’ History” at F. D. Roosevelt High School. We HIGHLY recommend you!

To everyone at Captain JP,
thank all of you for contributing to our 50th class reunion. We had 49 people on your great ship on Saturday, August 10th and we couldn’t have been more pleased. From the girls in the office to the complete crew on board ship, everyone was just great. The food was excellent and prepared perfectly. We had many of my classmates tell me that the Prime Rib was the best they ever had!!! Thanks again and when we have our next reunion, I’ll be in touch.

I frequent the JP and the food is always fantastic, and the staff are attentive and friendly. I’ve always enjoyed the cruises, especially the music cruises, and have brought friends along and none have been disappointed. I absolutely recommend the JP for a night out. I moved to the downtown area for the nightlife, and live on the waterfront as well – if you’re looking for an enjoyable night out or a change of pace, I highly recommend giving the JP a try, this local business gives you an incredible opportunity to enjoy live entertainment and great service while taking in the scenic views from the Hudson; it’s a definite must for anyone in the area.

I have been on the boat many times.. I always have a blast and their food is great, love their cakes, and the brunch cruise was a great time for my children. I love their new location, the parking garage is much better than the little parking lot they used years ago. I would tell all my family and friends to check it out, the prices are really affordable.

Had an awesome time last week, comedy cruise on Wed night, the Perfect Date Night adventure! Fabulous Food, Great comic, superb trip all around! Highly recommend!!!
